Furthermore, you need a Twilio account with a TWILIO_SID and a TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN. To obtain your Twilio Token and SID, you first need to create an account on the Twilio website. Once registered, log in to your Twilio console, where you will find your Account SID and Auth Token prominently displayed on the main dashboard under the "Account Summary" section. These credentials are essential for authenticating and integrating Twilio services with Callrouter . Ensure you treat your Auth Token like a password, keeping it confidential to secure your account. In case you need to access these details later, they are always available in your Twilio console.

Callrouter makes it super easy to purchase a phone number through the dashboard or manually add an existing number from Twilio. However with current documentation and support, you can only purchase phone numbers from the following countries:

1. Canada
2. United States

OpenAI:

To successfully run the AI Assistant feature within Callrouter you will need an OpenAI account and have access to an OpenAI API key. To obtain an OpenAI API key, begin by visiting the OpenAI website and creating an account if you haven't already. Once registered, log in to your account dashboard where you can manage your API settings. Navigate to the API section of the dashboard to initiate the process of generating an API key. Depending on your account type and the specific OpenAI product you wish to use, there might be additional forms or agreements to accept. Follow the provided instructions, and once you have completed these steps, your unique API key will be generated. It's crucial to securely store this key as it grants access to OpenAI's services and should not be shared publicly. If your needs or services change over time, you can return to your account to manage or regenerate your API keys as necessary.
